The Obama care
President
Obama has been re-elected for the second term by the American citizens. This is
a clear indication that the health care reform he initiated is going to be here
for good. These are some of the facts relating to the Obama care so you may be
able to make your decision once you fully understand it based on the facts but
not what is being said on the news.
The
main goal of this Obama care is to provide the American citizens with health
insurance that they can afford. This is because everyone needs it but currently
only a few people can afford it as it is too expensive for others. However,
unlike most people are suggesting, it is not here to replace the private
insurance. You will get the chance to choose which insurance is best suited for
you and your family. This healthcare insurance is mainly targeting the people
of America who live below the poverty level.
One
of the main objectives of the Obama care is to improve the condition of the
community health centers as this will improve the health care service for each
and every person who cannot afford to pay for the services in a private health
care. The health coverage is affordable to many low income workers as they only
pay what they can comfortably afford.
If
your insurance premium has gone up before, then that may be the last time the
insurance company does that to you without clear justification. The Obamacare
once in operation will not allow private insurance companies to raise the
premium for their customers in order to make more profit. Should they wish to
do so, they must show clear reasons why it is mandatory for them to do so.
Obama care regulates the health insurance, but does not regulate the health
care. These health reforms are put in place to regulate the health insurance companies
in order to protect the interest of the American low earning citizen.
The
bill is on the way to be signed as law. But many people do not want that to
happen. Should the Obamacare bill be repealed, then millions of American
citizens will remain without effective health coverage.
