ABORT ME NOT

There are some rumours on the internet about a well-known gospel artist. The rumours claim that she has done an abortion after carrying a child in her for 7 months.
Before going, oooooooooo, you better sit down and pause. Why did she do it, I mean why do women go about and ‘’flush’’ an innocent being? Well it is the looks, the stares and the gossips we have. The society looks down on any girl who gets pregnant out of wedlock and because the bar of morality is so high in those who are ‘’ perfect’’ poor girl regrets her night of illegal passion and instead of thinking of the life in her, she starts wondering how life will be around her so she gets rid of the foetus.

It takes two to tango and somebody recently looked at me with great amazement in his eyes. What did I say? I said that if it were not for condoms, most men have also committed abortion. Seriously how can you call yourself a man yet you lied to a lady to get into her bed and then when the result comes, you want her to erase it?
There are those who even tell ladies that they should have been more careful that is use pills. Oh please be a man, sex is not a basic need. If you wanted it, you should have crowned it. Ladies you should also start having some principles. Let us have some manners and values.
Babies are not made in bed, they are made in your mind, the moment you decide to show your nakedness to each other, baby is on their way.
So before you go to the doctor and procure an abortion, ask yourself if you are willing to kill. Men, before a lady kills your child, stop her even if you know its going to halt your plans. Don’t make her dump a kid in the latrine.

An aborted child is an aborted dream, an aborted potential and an aborted being. Simply sit down and ask yourself what if your mum got rid of you and the sperm donor footed the bill? Let’s embrace these ladies who fell on the wayside so that we do not have blood in our hands since only God knows how many generations were dumped behind a clinic door.
