Now one thing stands out very clearly and which most people do not know. Any person who spreads, shares a message or picture or caricature etc that makes the public question a person’s, reputation separately meets the requirements  of committing defamation and will be charged separately from the originator.
There is a hashtag that is trending on Twitter today, Hastags are powerful but kindly only retweet or tweet when you know what you are doing.
When someone shares a picture or statement or comment, please think before you regret.

Anyone who shares, retweets, reposts, resnaps and all the shares to come in the future social media platforms to be released is indeed guilty of defamation and will be charged accordingly. Please read the laws of this country.
